Please specify who, when, and where. We highly recommend you wait for us to arrive before presenting any gifts. We are always keen to capture the opening of gifts and the writing/reading of cards. Please let us know if you are willing to read out your card/ letter as this is always a really special moment to capture.
If your ceremony is a hotel, please leave instructions on how to validate our parking tickets or reserve a parking space in advance.
Also if it is difficult to find please let us know.
Especially important if your ceremony is in a church
During the ceremony, we use small lapel mics to capture your vows. We only put this on the groom and officiant.
For the film, we would rather get more natural shots of you both interacting, walking and enjoying each other's company. We may direct you slightly, but nothing too posed we want to capture genuine moments.
If we are photographing your day, this will be done at the same time as the film.
If you have booked a different photographer we are more than happy to work with them on this session if they are happy with this.
Most of the time the people giving speeches are positioned behind the top table, however, it can better if the speeches are given from one position in the room.
